What You See is What You Get

It pays to decide on attainable yet edgy goals, and it really pays to write them down. This focus leads us to steady progress.

Already I know I have 4  months that will exceed my goals for next year, and my current focus is to get the other 8 months in line. Yet when I heard from one of my clients yesterday, I realized that helping others state, write and focus on their goals is even more beneficial! See her comments below:

More exciting news. I sponsored 2 more girls this weekend!!! ….And 2 more girls called me to hear about the opportunity. Putting my goals on paper is really magic:) I will fill up those purple dots and make them green in no time. My team now has 5 girls!! One more became qualified Nov 30th which also promoted me to Sr. consultant!!
This is getting really exciting and I am so happy you are working with me and sharing in the journey!
When we take our ideas out of our head and put them in plain view we have a GPS for our daily/weekly/monthly progress.  With this focus we can take steps toward accomplishing our desired results, and when we have someone holding us to account we are motivated to continue following through. Soon, we see progress.
The old adage, what you see is what you get means more than just letting truth take its shape. It is a plan, a focus, a motivation and a desired outcome.
Create your goals, write them down and keep them in front of you. I hope you stay focused on them so you get what you see!
